If your church is considering a building project for your hall or other amenities, we offer a comprehensive, tailored service, from initial planning through to completion, including:

• Planning Application: feasibility, sketch scheme, cost estimate, submission of application
• Project Management: detailed design, Building Regulations consent, obtaining tenders, contract administration
• Maintenance advice: building surveys, schedules of condition, advice on repair priorities.
• Refurbishment: external landscaping, interior improvements and remodelling

At present, our main clients’ property comprises Church of England aided schools and school houses; properties belonging to the Dean and Chapter of Salisbury Cathedral, with a further number of leased premises; Church of England Pensions Board houses; St Nicholas’ Hospital Harnham and their investment properties; and numerous one-off projects and surveys. We have about 220 clients’ properties in total.

School building projects range in value from £2,000 to £1 million.
