Our Theme for 2017 is FAITH IN ACTION

A message from Mothers' Union Diocesan President Rosie Stiven

Happy New Year to everyone!

Our theme for 2017 is FAITH IN ACTION. To get 2017 off to a good start, I am drawing your attention to have included a link which tells us about our Church and Community Mobilisation work in Uganda. Project ‘Eagle’ has achieved incredible results already – a great example of FAITH IN ACTION. It is really inspiring. Click here to have a look!

Just as you are beginning to get going with your programmes for the year, I thought it might be helpful to give you a few reminders of some important dates which are coming up and which you should have in those nice, new diaries. Here they are:-

Tuesday 24 January at 12 noon
MU Communion Service in Salisbury Cathedral. Celebrant Revd Becky Roberts

Thursday 26 January at 9.45am for 10am
Trustees’ Meeting in Church House

Sunday 5 February to Tuesday 7 February
Wave of Prayer throughout the Diocese

Friday 17 February to Sunday 19 February
Our MU Stand at the Bournemouth International Centre Wedding Fayre

Tuesday 28 February at 12 noon
MU Communion Service in Salisbury Cathedral. Celebrant Revd Colin Fox

Also, please don’t forget to send your articles for the Spring edition of Windows to Sheila Crone by 1 February 2017.
