Record of Fees Form
2020 quarterly fees form for treasurers and administrators to record parochial fees and submit to Salisbury DBF. Treasurers and administrators can choose between the standard form (replacing the previous “long” and “short” forms) and the Abridged form. For those using older versions of Excel, compatible versions are available on request from the Accounts department at Church House.

c. 2021 PCC Parochial Fees Form- Older Excel version

Please note that if you are in a VACANCY, you should use this form.

The fees set by the Archbishop’s Council can be downloaded from the Church of England website here.

These 2020 documents will remain on the website until the end of January 2021.
