Baptisms

by Helen Clemow last modified 01 Feb, 2018 04:44 PM

The start of a life-changing journey.

Anyone can get in touch with a church to find about having their child christened. During a christening, your child will be baptised with water.

If you are a young person or adult who wasn’t baptised when you were younger, you can take this step at any stage in your life.

You may have been baptised at a christening when you were a child or in a different Christian tradition, and there are always special ways to renew the promises that were made then in a fresh way as you discover more about what it means to live them out in your life.

Whatever stage you are baptised at, it’s the start of an amazing journey of faith for you or your child and a special day for all your friends and family.
