Almshouse Chaplain - Heytesbury

The Hospital of St John in Heytesbury in the beautiful Wylye Valley in Wiltshire is an Almshouse Charity with 40 elderly residents.

We have a vacancy for a part time Chaplain, ordained (PTO) or lay (Licensed), sharing with another Chaplain, worship in our Chapel, outreach to our residents, pastoral care and spiritual growth at St John’s.

We are looking for someone:

• With a warm heart and who is a good team member
• Who has a heart for the gospel
• Who enjoys rural life and is a good communicator
• Who enjoys meeting people and has an affinity with the elderly
• Who lives locally or may be prepared to travel
