The Revd Hilary Bond visited Sandford Primary School

The Revd Hilary Bond, Schools and Children's worker for the Parish of Wareham said:

"The children who chose to come, learnt about ways in which they can help to protect the planet, and were reminded about the new recycling bins around the school where they can put everything from plastic and card to old pens and empty glue sticks.

"Many of them came with pictures of the animals they care about, posters with suggestions of actions that they would like government to take and ideas for things that everyone can do.

"It was an inspiring and educational time put together by a group of children who want to change the world for the better."
