Chair of the Partnership Link Canon Ian Woodward said:

"Our long standing partnership with the Episcopal Churches in Sudan and South Sudan marks its 48th anniversary later this year.

"Throughout this time we have been alongside our partners in Africa through the most difficult and challenging and joyful of times.
2020 also marks the Lambeth Conference held approximately every 10 years in Canterbury, and we are expecting the bishops and their spouse to join us in Salisbury and across the diocese for a week of friendship, fellowship and hospitality before they go down to Canterbury.

"Our Partnership is amongst the busiest and most widely effective in the Anglican Communion and we need to get the message of our faithful commitment to the people of Sudan and South Sudan better known across our own diocese and in the Sudans and beyond through an informative and responsive website.

"We are looking for a volunteer who can lead us in building a new website and make it relevant.

"Once it is set up we estimate it might need perhaps 3 to 4 hours a week to keep it current."

For further details and in the first instance, please email the Chair of the Partnership Link, (07973 318866) or the Committee Secretary .
