Spring Harvest comes Home
Spring Harvest is a national teaching and worship event held every year during the Easter holidays. It’s for everybody and is an inspiring mix of holiday, festival, conference and encounter with God.
But this year the event looked like falling victim to the coronavirus pandemic, until organisers decided to put the event online instead.
Spring Harvest Home will be available online via YouTube from April 13th to 17th.
Organisers said:
"We are all disappointed that we can’t join together as one Spring Harvest family this year, but the team here have been working really hard to adapt and deliver the heart of Spring Harvest… direct to your living room!"
Spring Harvest Home is a completely free online conference programme with content suitable for everyone in the family and as well as the usual Bible teaching, live worship, specialist seminars and workshops, there will be some light-hearted sofa viewing available through the day.
David Morgan, from St John's Wimborne, explains how his group were delighted to hear how they could still join in:
"A large group of us from St John’s have been going for many years and had planned to go to this year’s Spring Harvest at Minehead.
"Obviously it can’t happen this time in its usual form and we’re disappointed not to be going, but we’re excited at the prospect of all of us at St John’s being able to be there: the event is going online as Spring Harvest Home – and it’s free!"
So why not plan to set aside time during 5 days from Easter Monday (13-17 April) for some biblical input and spiritual encouragement? The title is ‘Unleashed: The Acts Church Today’. Spring Harvest Home will be available online through YouTube.
