Rural MES - a Gap Year with a difference
Are you aged 18-30 or do you have a family member who would like a Gap Year with a difference?
We still have one space available on our 2020 Rural Ministry Experience Scheme (MES) in beautiful Lyme Bay Deanery.
Starting this September, we are offer our lucky Rural MES Explorers a chance to explore their vocation.
They will be able to spend 10 months supporting work with children and young people in the Bridport Community Hub, participating in rural ministry across a range of rural parishes and experiencing communal life at Hilfield Friary.
Alongside this, we provide a foundation in theological education shaped to individual needs.
Our MES Explorers live with host families and each receive an allowance of £35 per week plus reimbursement of work expenses.
If this sounds like you and you would like to apply or learn more, please email Sarah Keen or the Revd Pete Stone.
