Photography for Wellbeing
The Revd Canon Richard Hancock, Rural Field Officer for Dorset, runs photography days as part of the Salisbury Diocese CMD wellbeing program.
The days are aimed at clergy, lay ministers, and their spouses, to encourage them to develop other interests outside the parish, in order to affect a better work life balance.
Entitled ‘Through the Seasons with a Rural Lens’, participants spend these days photographing the countryside and coastline in Wiltshire and Dorset as part of the Diocese Rural Hope Project. Most recently, the Revd Richard ran a day with a group of clergy and laity at Charmouth and Lyme Regis, doing some landscape and seaside town photography.
