Lyme Bay Calling

by Michael Ford last modified 17 Apr, 2021 12:07 AM

Are you aged 18-30 with a feeling God is calling you? Or is there a young adult in your congregation who would like to explore their calling?

We still have one space available on our 2021 Rural Ministry Experience Scheme (MES) in beautiful Lyme Bay Deanery.

Starting this September, we are offer our lucky Rural MES Explorers a chance to explore their vocation.

They will be able to spend 10 months supporting work with children and young people in the Bridport Community Hub, participating in rural ministry across a range of rural parishes and experiencing communal life at Hilfield Friary.

Alongside this, we provide a foundation in theological education shaped to individual needs.

Our MES Explorers live with host families and each receive a weekly allowance plus reimbursement of work expenses.

If this sounds like you and you would like to apply or learn more, please email Sarah Keen () or the Revd David Baldwin ().
