Looking for an opportunity to make a difference?

by ajack last modified 17 Nov, 2021 04:50 PM

Calling driven, proactive and vocational individuals to help change the lives of the most vulnerable children in the UK and expand and engage your Church networks.

Diocesan Ambassadors are needed as The Children's Society expands its South-West Region.

Would you consider becoming an ambassador?

A Diocesan Ambassador is an individual who can work collaboratively with senior Diocesan staff, as well as the staff of The Children’s Society, in particular, Community Relationships Manager South-West, Jess Meale, clergy and other Volunteers. Jess said:

"If you, or someone you know, has amazing communication skills and enjoys talking to audiences both large and small, has excellent networking and engagement skills, coupled with a knowledge of the Church of England and how the Diocese and parishes work, then please contact me for a chat and full information pack.

It’s a wonderful opportunity and an incredibly respected role here at The Children’s Society. If you’d like to help the most vulnerable children in the UK by engaging your church networks, then please do get in touch. We’re in need of a Diocesan Ambassador in Salisbury, Bristol, Truro and Bath & Wells. As well as discovering new opportunities for the Church and community to get involved in our work, Diocesan Ambassadors will be key in working with our existing committees, support groups, speakers and Campaign Champions."
