Wyke Regis Church has eco-themed stations of the cross.
Forest and Sandridge School has creative Lent reflections.
And over in Branksome, Poole, St Aldhelm's Church is putting on a Lent Café.
They are offering tea and cake at 3.45pm and a chance to explore a weekly theme, rounded off by Evening Prayer at 5.15pm.
It will be held every Sunday throughout Lent except Mothering Sunday and those organising the event want you to know that, for those giving up cake or chocolate, there is a reassurance that the 40 days of Lent officially do NOT include the Sundays!
