Inter-Religious Affairs

by ajack last modified 17 Nov, 2021 04:49 PM

The Diocese works to promote good relations and deeper understanding between Christians and people of other faiths.

The Revd Canon Bill Cave, Bishop's Adviser for Inter-Religious Affairs said:

"We should always "be ready to give an account of the hope that is within us, but with gentleness and respect" and we must remember that people of other faiths are also loved by God, and can be touched by Him when they pray."

If you are doing something relating to Interfaith Week, running from 14th to 21st November, do consider writing a short piece and sending in a photo to comms@salisbury.anglican.org and/or share on social media and tag @SDBE_Update; @Sdbeworship @dioceseofsalisbury and use the hashtag #InterFaithWeek and #SalisburyDioSchools.

We’d love to hear what you have been doing.
