Generous Giving
Clergy from around the Diocese attended a Zoom ‘Archdeaconry Day’ on 9th February to hear about our Diocesan Giving Campaign, due to start in September.
The 2-hour webinar introduced the theme of the Campaign – Generous Giving – with expert speakers from the wider church, input from our own clergy and a chance to ask questions.
At the end, more than half of those who attended said they felt their confidence in being able to address stewardship issues had been boosted. Comments included: "Good investment of 2 hours. Thank you. Seeds sown…” and "Big thank you to all contributors. Excellent session.”
The main sessions were recorded, and the webinar will be repeated on 9th March at 10am.
