Fenella Monk’s 2nd sky-dive raising funds for a ‘greener’ St. Mark’s

by Michael Ford last modified 27 Apr, 2022 06:14 PM

85-year-old Fenella Monk of St. Mark’s, Salisbury is celebrating her birthday with her second parachute jump.

She is so concerned about climate change and the need to do something practical, that she is raising money towards making St. Mark’s more ‘eco-friendly’.

She believes that every roof should have solar panels and whilst her ‘drop’ may be just ‘a drop in the ocean’, oceans are made up of drops!

Her ‘drop’ will be a tandem sky-dive over Salisbury Plain on 14 May.

Well-wishers can support her at her ‘Just Giving’ page: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/fmonkskydive
