Centenarian celebrates milestone with generosity
George, from the Diocese of Salisbury, turned 100 in April and collected donations for the work of The Children's Society in lieu of gifts.
An incredible £700 was raised! Thank you George - everyone at The Children’s Society hopes you had a wonderful celebration. George is part of the Dorchester Benefice house box network, which also raised over £1500 for the charity in the last year.
