1 Life, 1 Voice: Young people fight back

by Michael Ford last modified 24 Sep, 2021 11:18 PM

With only three weeks to go before the #1Life1Voice Stop Modern Slavery project gets under way in this Diocese, children and young people from across the Diocese have created artwork based on the theme of modern slavery.

The Young Peoples’ Modern Slavery Art Exhibition will be officially opened by Bishop Karen on Friday 15th October 5pm in the Chapter House area of Salisbury Cathedral.

Alongside the art, our children and young people have written reflective thoughts about modern slavery.

The exhibition will be open to the public until Monday 25th October. Please check the Cathedral website for opening times, and do support our young people by attending the exhibition.

There is a flyer here,

And you can find out more about the project here.
