An opportunity to join together with colleagues in a confidential environment for development and change through reflective practice.

The value of regular reflective practice is demonstrated in the development of a long term, sustainable and creative ministry. Reflective Practice Groups as designed to give time, space and attention to work/life balance by addressing a complex issues such as discerning priorities and promoting healthy boundaries.

Ordained ministers need support to maintain a sense of authenticity and congruence in their ministry and integrity in their relationships. We believe that along with others involved with pastoral care, those who are ordained can benefit from working together.

Regular sessions are run by a professional facilitator from outside the authority structures of the church.
