OFF - Rethinking Confirmation

A day course to explore how we can make Confirmation a better experience, enabling young people to deepen, own and maintain their faith within the life of their church faith community as well as their daily lives.
We will look at best practice, provide you with some great ideas for ‘doing’ Confirmation differently, ways to encourage more people to walk the Confirmation journey as well as looking at the many resources available.
Neil Larkey (Young People’s Confirmation Project Worker, Salisbury Diocese) along with guest speakers Susie Mapledoram (Youth Work Officer, Manchester Diocese), Pete Maidment (Chaplain, Lord Wandsworth College) and Heather Waldsax (Young Vocations Resource Officer, Salisbury Diocese)
