Parish Safeguarding Officers Workshop - Amesbury

This is for Parish Safeguarding officers to share good practice, ask questions and this year Heather will be talking about the issue of modern slavery.

Off street car parking for 46 vehicles including x2 wide bays for disabled drivers. Toilets suitable for all users available.

6.30pm Registration and Coffee

6.40pm Welcome, introductions and opening prayers

6.45pm Session on Modern Slavery and the Clewer initiative

7.30pm Discussion:
• Safeguarding Training – changes coming
• New Practice Guidance : Responding to Safeguarding Concerns or Allegations that relate to Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults
• Past cases Review
• Issues of concern for PSOs
• Questions and Answers

8.15pm AOB and prayers to finish.
