All new members of staff undertake a formal induction programme including spending the first two weeks shadowing existing staff. There is a detailed programme for each person for their first three months to ensure that all staff have the ability to fulfil their role with quality and confidence.
In addition to mandatory training we also offer a wide range of other training to ensure we provide opportunities to constantly enhance and refresh knowledge. We hold regular supervisions and encourage staff to complete further Health and Social Care qualifications.
