Now you have your new website we will always be on hand for the odd question and tips of how to use the CMS. Special training of the CMS will be part of the deal , either in person (if reasonably near by ) or by phone, Skype if more remote. This would involve a few hours session going through the main editing tools and how to add pages and sections to your site.

After this initial training there is an option to take out a competitively priced maintenance contract with us that will give you the best rate if you have on going development with your site. If you don't anticipate much work being done then our we can perform tasks as necessary for you at an adhoc rate. It's worth mentioning that any bugs that shouldn't be there will be fixed for free.

MAINTENANCE

We maintain ongoing relationships with all our clients, and provide a range of maintenance and after-care options, ranging from ad hoc assistance to a monthly maintenance contract. We are always available on the phone or by email and respond quickly to any query. Bugs are fixed without charge, while further development is either taken on at an agreed maintenance rate, or a price for the work is quoted and agreed in advance.

We have a standard ad hoc maintenance rate, but our maintenance contracts offer better value and are a more effective way to cover yourself if you're going to need regular small changes to your site.

Prepaid Development Credits

Alternatively, you can buy indefinite time credits for us to do the work you require. The more you buy the cheaper it becomes. If you want your web site functionality to continually evolve then this will be the most cost effective way to do it.
